GDPR

The European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will become effective later this year. This new regulation broadens the privacy rights that EU individuals have over how their personal data is collected, processed and maintained.

StackPath is committed to support our customers in meeting their obligations under the GDPR, through our role as a vendor and GDPR compliant data processor. StackPath is currently executing its plan and targeting full compliance with applicable GDPR regulations when it takes effect on May 25, 2018. As our customers work towards their compliance by the effective date, they can do so with the knowledge that for vendor compliance, StackPath will be a supportive business partner.

Data Processing Addendum

One of your requirements may be to have a Data Processing Addendum for each of your vendors. We have taken the mystique out of that and post it here for our customers.
