PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY USING A STACKPATH SERVICE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS DOCUMENT, THE MSA, AND OTHER GOVERNING DOCUMENTS. 

These New Customer Free Credit Offer Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) are an addendum to the StackPath Master Services Agreement (the “MSA”), and apply to your receipt and use of StackPath free credits for new customers (the “Free Credits”). Capitalized terms not defined in these Terms will have the meanings given to them in the MSA. These terms supersede any contrary terms elsewhere in the MSA and Governing Documents. 

  1. Only new StackPath customers who have never purchased Services or signed up for Free Credits are eligible to receive and use Free Credits. StackPath’s decision as to whether or not a customer account is new is final. 
  2. You must have a valid StackPath account to redeem Free Credits. To activate Your StackPath account and redeem your Free Credits, You will be required to provide a valid credit card. Once activated, Your StackPath account will be credited with Free Credits. Your credit card will not be charged for fees and charges for Services or Support Plan until You incur fees and charges for Services or Support Plan that exceed the available Free Credits, and after such time You will be billed for Your continuing usage of Our Services and Support Plan. All unused Free Credits expire when two billing cycles have passed from the date your StackPath account is activated and credited with Free Credits (approximately 60 days). 
  3. The amount of the Free Credits granted to new customers shall be determined by StackPath and may vary. The Free Credit amount applicable to a new customer shall be the one that was in place at the time the customer’s account is activated. The current Free Credit amount applicable to new customers can be found on StackPath’s website (https://www.stackpath.com). By signing up for the Services, You acknowledge and agree to abide by the Free Credit amount determined by StackPath. 
  4. Free Credits will be applied to offset eligible fees and charges incurred during or following the billing cycle in which your StackPath account is credited with Free Credits. Free Credits may be applied to any Services or Support Plan.  
  5. Free Credits have no cash value, are nonrefundable and nontransferable, and are intended only as an incentive for new customers to use Our Services and Support Plans.  
  6. Free Credits are void in the event of fraud, misuse, or violation of any terms of the Agreement or these Terms. If StackPath determines a customer created a StackPath account solely for the purpose of obtaining Free Credits, any Free Credits applied to that StackPath account will be void. You will reimburse us for any Free Credits You use in violation of these Terms. 
  7. We may terminate or change the Free Credit offer (including voiding unused Free Credits) at any time with or without notice to You. We may update and modify these Terms from time to time with or without notice to You. Updates are binding on the effective date. It is Your responsibility to check the Terms for changes. Continued use of Services and/or Support Plans after any such change shall constitute your consent to the changes.
